Likely the largest gathering of action stars since The Expendables, Matt Mullins joins Michael Jai White, Scott Adkins and Darren Shahlavi in “Metal Hurlant Chronicles,” a new TV series based on the graphic comic book titled in the USA “Heavy Metal.” The series is set to start airing in April.

The long road to getting a movie green lit started two years ago with director Kevin Tancharoen and handful of friends, including Matt Mullins as Johnny Cage. 50 million YouTube views later, Mortal Kombat is finally heading back to the big screen. While the cast and story are not yet locked, fans hope it follows that same story line created in the Legacy Series. Check out the write up in Variety!

With all the American comic book movies to hit theaters over the last two years, the world is finally going to get a chance to look at what a living, breathing, animi would will look like. Alpha Must Die is the first part of the Modern Day Samurai Trilogy. It focuses on the revenge story of Z who is out to destroy the all powerful Alpha. Imagined by Jaden Christopher and written by Jaden Christopher and Brett Talbot, the production of Alpha Must Die will begin in mid August. Mullins who plays one of the lead characters says, “Alpha Must Die is one of the best and well thought out scripts I have read in memory.”
